Better with

If only money was simple. Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start; this session will give your employees lots of ideas and practical advice to help improve their financial wellbeing.

This workshop will cover:

  • Why should I be better with money?
  • Setting your goals
  • Planning your budget
  • Tips to reduce your outgoings
  • How to improve your credit rating
  • Creating your financial action plan

How do employers benefit?

This course is a really good way to offer employees something fun, engaging and useful. Happy people lead to a more productive, engaged and healthier workforce. Helping people to grab some money skills in a non-judgemental, unbiased and fun way saves them time, money and helps them build a happier future. This in turn reduces stress and absence in your workplace and leads to a more motivated workforce.

We know money keeps employees awake at night. We know they look to their employers for help.

What have people said?

Our Better with Money sessions have received fabulous feedback – people really appreciate being helped to see the ‘wood for the trees’. I would highly recommend anyone investing in their staff to talk to Better with Money to see how great they are.

One of the best workshops I have been to – and that’s a lot of workshops over 34 years in the NHS! Your manner, sense of humour and approach were all excellent.

This was a great opportunity to look after my own finances (which I never have time to do!), the trainer breaking all the elements down into tips and tools to follow helped me get back on track and feel happier.
